Moodle Version startet mit Xampp nicht

Postby Felix496 » 29. April 2019 11:27

Versuchen Sie Folgendes:

Verbindung prüfen
Proxy und Firewall prüfen
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Alles was dort steht, habe ich bereits ausprobiert.

- Router (EasyBox) neu gestartet

Felix

Here in English:

Hi, I did not know exactly which forum my part is on Moodle site I have not become smarter, so I hope you can help me further.

First of all: I wanted to do a VM with Hyper V and a Debian but that did not matter, why.
I've installed a Moodle for testing purposes on my laptop (Windows 10). Database and Apache runs through the tool Xampp. That has everything worked really well, I have already created users and classrooms, etc. Even with the Handyapp and the path everything worked without problems. I have changed the Moodle IP from the localhost address to the one of my computer in the settings.
http://192.168.2.120/moodle

After rebooting the computer, I could not reach my Moodle via the URL and always get the following error message: (It does not matter which browser I use, but I always like to use Chrome)

The site is unavailable 192.168.2.120 has refused the connection.
Try the following:

Check connection
Check proxy and firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Everything that is there, I've already tried. Also in forums I've seen what it could be ...

I have already tested:
- Router (EasyBox) restarted
- Looked at the rules on the internal firewall (sometimes for testing new created for the application Xampp, FW deactivated)
- As seen in the screenshot the proxy looked at me, VPN connections removed etc.
- changed the ports of Xampp (from 80 to 81, from 443 to 444)
- Looked at the services of Windows (Moodle does not appear there)
- I've made sure that only one Xampp version is running

Probably I'm just too stupid to reboot the computer to restart my Moodle but I have already looked online and found nothing. I just did not want to install the Xampp again and again because I had a scare that stop all attitudes and courses etc. of course then gone.

Thanks for the advice,

Greetings,
Felix
