Besetzter Port aber nicht vom System. Wie weiter?

Der Port ist besetzt von PID 5956; dieser Dienst ist Apache selbst: httpd.exe im apache/bin Ordner. Hört sich irgendwie paradox an.

Starte das control panel mal neu, diesmal aber bitte mit erhöhten Administratorrechten ( Rechtsklick -> als Administrator ausführen )
