Apache startet nicht

Guten Tag,

ich bin neu hier im Forum und hoffe das mir jemand hier weiterhelfen kann.

Und zwar habe ich das Problem das Apache nicht startet, ich bekomme immer folgende Meldung:

Problem detected!
13:40:26 [Apache] Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!
13:40:26 [Apache] Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
13:40:26 [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
13:40:26 [Apache] or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port

Suche ich aber im Taskmanager nach dem Unable to open process bzw. nach dem Prozess der PID 4 belegt, finde ich dort nichts.

Irgendwelche Ideen?

Gib in Google die Fehlermeldung ein "Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!".
