Nun, beim Versuch diesen zu starten bekomme ich immer eine Fehlermeldung, dass der Port geblockt wird. Da Skype bei mir deswegen auch nicht den Port 80 belegt und eine Phone-Software Place-Tell auch einen völlig anderen Port nutzt verstehe ich das nicht. Übern Ping scheint localhost auch erreichbar zu sein. Trotzdem geht der Apache nicht auf. In der php.ini und auch in der httpd.confiq habe ich den Port mal auf 81 oder 88 zu stellen... ändert nichts.
