Apache startet nicht wenn mod_auth_digest.so aktiviert ist

Hi,
Xampp 1.8.0, Betriebssystem Windows 7 64bit
Wenn mod_auth_digest.so in der Konfiguration aktiviert ist (nötig für WebDav)
startet Apache nicht.
Apache Error Log meldet:

Hat jemand eine Idee wo das Problem liegen könnte?
