Fehlermeldung "Socket operation on non-socket"

ich habe xampp unter me installiert. mysql funktioniert. apache meldet wenn ich versuche es zu starten -Socket operation on non-socket: make_sock: for adress 0.0.0.0:443, apr_socket_opt_set:
no listening sockets available, shuting down.- Leider weiß ich nicht wie ich das problem ändern soll. Für Hilfe im vorraus schon mal Danke!
