Beim starten von Apache unter Windows, finde ich folgendes im c:\xampp\apache\logs\error.log

Das komiosche ist das die DLLs in c:\xampp\php\ext zu finden sind. Ist etwas falsch konfiguriert?

Ja, das ist doch offensichtlich. Irgendwo in Deiner php.ini steht "'C:\\xampp\\php\\ext;c:\\xampp\\apache\\bin" wo es nicht stehen sollte - das findet man doch in Nullkommanix.
