Windows7 Apache startet nur temporär.

Hallo,

Betriebssystem: Windows7 (64-Bit)
Ich habe XAMPP neu installiert: xampp-win32-1.7.3.exe

Start der Xampp-Console: ok
Start Apache-Server klappt, beendet sich nach ca. 1 min.
Nach jedem Neustart der gleiche Effekt.
Port-Check OK, alle Ports frei (auch Port 80)
Security-Center MacAffee: Uneingeschränkter Zugriff von c:\xampp\apache\bin\httpd.exe auf das Internet
Ausser Browser SeaMonkey läuft keine Anwendung.

Wer kann mir hier weiterhelfen ?
Installation des Apache als Service bringt auch keine Besserung.
