others cant see my page...

Hello...i have installed xampp and i made a joomla web page.I can see my page normally through localhost etc.The problem is that other users(not in my network but other pc far away) cant see my page through my ip(you know replacing localhost with my ip).In xampp configuration is ok.It says that Everyone who knows your IP address can see these pages.

I have made port 80 forwarded through my router....What can be the fault??
