komme mit localhost nicht auf Server

ich hoffe daß ich hier eine Lösung für mein Problem finde:

Ich habe etwaige Problemprogramme deinstalliert, wie Skype, TunUp, habe mein NOD32 deaktiviert.
Im Router ist die Portweiterleitung HTTP 80.

Xampp installiert (UAC aus)...gestartet...PORT 80 belegt Meldung!

Jetzt kommts...die PID die Port 80 belegt ist apache:



Trotzdem komme ich werder mit localhost, noch mit localhost:80 auf den Server. Wenn ich die IP 127.0.0.1 eingebe gelange ich ins Xampp Menü.

Weiß einer von euch woran das liegen könnte, dass ich trotz aller Maßnahmen nicht auf den localhost zugreifen kann?

Edit: Achja Windows Vista Ultimate 32 mit allen Updates...neuste xampp version...

Ich bekomme:

Die Verbindung zum Server wurde zurückgesetzt, während die Seite geladen wurde.

* Wenn Ihr Computer oder Netzwerk von einer Firewall oder einem Proxy geschützt wird, stellen Sie bitte sicher,
dass Firefox auf das Internet zugreifen darf.

Firewall ist überings auch ausgeschaltet.

3 Möglichkeiten (nacheinander abarbeiten und testen):
- Du hast einen Proxy im Browser konfiguriert.
- Evtl. "Win32DisableAcceptEx" in der "httpd.conf" hinzufügen.
- einen evtl. Vorhandenen Eintrag "::1 localhost" in der "HOSTS" Datei von Windows entfernen.
