problems installing xxamp on win 2000

Hi
I'm trying to install xxamp on win 2000. It tells me that port 80 and port 443 (SSL) already in use, and that installing Apache 2.2 service failed. I don't have IIS running and I've disabled my firewall and av but still the ports are bloked. any ideas?

BTW, after installing, the apache module was stopped and then it started to run but the mysql was stopped instead. so now in my installation apache is running and mysql is stopped and I can't make it to run.
