Kein Zugriff auf MySQL

Hallo Leute,
und zwar hab ich folgende Probleme, wäre sehr dankbar wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte.
Ich hab xampp erfolgreich aufm rechner installiert und auch im Control Panel Application wird angezeigt, dass der Apache und MySQL läuft. Nur wenn ich jetzt mit ->localhost/xampp<- in meine xampp Oberfläche geh, wird angzeigt, dass bei den Komponenten, die MySQL-Datenbank und der SMTP Server deaktiviert sind. Im error.log wird dann folgendes angezeigt...

Außerdem lässt mich phpMyAdmin nicht auf die Datenbanken zugreifen. Verlangt jedes Mal Benutzername und Passwort, wobei ich in der confic.inc.php nur dies eingestellt hab...

Was ich noch dazu sagen muss ist... bevor ich xampp drauf gemacht hab, hab ich IIS (Internet Information Service) aufm computer gehabt, hab aber diesen dann nur deaktiviert.
