Apache kann nicht gestartet werde

Hallo ,

ich habe XAMPP auf einem neuen Windows XP SP2/Rechner installiert. Die Firewall ist ausgeschalten, alle Ports sind frei (Portcheck).
Wenn ich mit der XAMPP-ConstrolPanel Apache starten will, wird ein paar Sekunden Running angeyeigt und dann ist aus. Localloop geht nicht.

Gibt es eine Idee

Ich habe das gleiche Problem gehabt. Die einzige praktikable Lösung war alle Dateien im Log Verzeichnis als zip zu packen(Alternativ löschen) Dann startet der Apache wieder. Meine Vermutung ist das bei einem zu großen Access File nicht nur die Startgeschwindigkeit leidet sondern auch die Funktionalität.
