You maybe get better results if you post in the english forums
sorry for my english. Its egual bad as your german is.

So, i dont realy realize your problem, but it seems so, that a file is missing In this case the error message raise (why not? ) a message, so the headers cant be sent any more (the second error message).

It seems, that the file lang.tmp is missing.

For further request: Its better to post the messages sent from different systems in english. Its quiet difficult to understand baldy translated messages.

Just try 2 Install your XAMPP once again. It's just a missing File like KingCrunch already said.
