tomcat addon install problem

I'm trying to add tomcat addon by extracting
xampp-tomcat-addon-5.5.9 into c:\xampp and getting error:

"Error reading file"

i thought file corrupted, so i downloaded numerous times but alwasy same message.

what is wrong?
