erst mal ganz großes Kompliment, sogar für mich als Newbie wars relative einfach freu!
Jetzt allerdings kam:

New Installation

osCommerce Configuration

The following error has occurred:


The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

Please perform the following actions:
cd C:/Programme/xampp/htdocs/unterordner/includes/
touch configure.php
chmod 706 configure.php
cd C:/Programme/xampp/htdocs/unterordner/admin/includes/
touch configure.php
chmod 706 configure.php

If chmod 706 does not work, please try chmod 777.

If you are running this installation procedure under a Microsoft Windows environment, try renaming the existing configuration file so a new file can be created.

In den 2 Verzeichnissen jeweils eine neue, leere Datei mit dem Namen "configure.php" anlegen.

Hallo Wiedmann,

configure.php war bei beiden bereits vorhanden. Dann findet er sie wohl bloß nicht, hm? Hast Du noch so ein bißchen eine Idee für mich?

If you are running this installation procedure under a Microsoft Windows environment, try renaming the existing configuration file so a new file can be created.

Heißt soviel wie: Wenn sie diese Installation unter Windows ausführen, sollten sie die existierenden Konfigurationsdatein umbennen, sodass neue (Konfigurations-)Dateien erstellet werden können (vom Script).
