Plötzlich kann ich Apache nicht mehr starten

Plötzlich kann ich Apache nicht mehr starten. Wenn ich den Error Log ansehe, dann steht da folgendes:

Wenn ich den php.error log öffnen will, kommt die Nachricht:

Tausend Dank für diese schnelle Antwort. Ich habe den Download gemacht und Vicual C++ installiert und alles läuft wieder. Klasse!!!
