cgi/perl prob

hallo hab jetzt xampp installiert und es läuft schon einige zeit ohne
probs doch jetzt wollt ich ein bisschen cgi schnuppern doch als fehler
bei einer ganz normalen text ausgabe kommt

wollt nur testen doch dann das und bin zu faul und auch zu schlecht in
englisch das alles zu übersetzen und vieleicht liegt es ja am perl
script der aber ohne fehler sein sollte seht selbst

wie kann ich diesen fehler beheben
aja ich hab suse linux 8.1
