difficulties installing the intl extension on my XAMPP

Hello XAMPP Support,

I've been encountering difficulties installing the intl extension on my XAMPP installation running on macOS. Despite having successfully installed intl via Homebrew, it seems the XAMPP configuration is not recognizing the extension.

Here are some key details about my setup:

XAMPP version: 8.2.4
PHP version in XAMPP: 8.2.4
macOS version: Sonoma 14.1.2
Steps I've taken:
Installed intl via Homebrew (brew install icu4c).
Checked the presence of intl.so in the specified XAMPP extension directory (/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20190902/), but it's not there.
Modified the php.ini file to include extension=intl.so.
Despite these efforts, the intl extension doesn't seem to be recognized by XAMPP. Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue? Is there a specific step I might be missing or a known compatibility issue?

Have you tried installing it via PECL? I've successfully installed other extensions using PECL but you need to use XAMPP's version of it which resides within '/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/bin'.
