MyQL not running anymore

Hi,
the mysql-database is not running on xampp 8.1.2-0 suddenly anymore.
I’m sitting on a mac and need to finish a website!

I´ve tried it with changing port from 3306 to 3307, no success.
No other mysql-or sql port is running, as seen in the activity-window.

Is there a chance, to update xampp without dataloss, cause I can’t export the database when phpmyadmin is not running.
