Apache and MySQL Crashing when trying to start

Hey, I just upgraded to the newest Version of XAMPP and since then Apache and MySQL keep crashing when starting the service. Somehow they can't be restarted from then on and no error log was created either... But they are offline, since they aren't reachable.
I hope you got any idea what to do and thanks for the help!

Questions: what CPU architecture does your Mac have? Are you installing the XAMPP native apps or the XAMPP VM? Have you read the FAQs for both the XAMP native apps and the XAMP VM?

Maybe it's possible because of redundant files from the previous version, Have you Tried to uninstall and install instead of upgrading?
