What makes you think that this is not the normal behavior?

well tbh im very new and been reading alot of books.however, I just got a new Mac I was learning on windows. so I do have kail on windows but not on my Mac. so I guess what's the best way to get kail and xammp with a great text editor? and thank you for responding!
