Error starting "XAMPP" stack cannot calculate MAC address:

Hi people. I'm new on this topics, so in some cases I have difficult to solve issues.
Well, I need to use the plugin Tainacan from WordPress. I already had installed Xampp on my OS X 10.11.6 when I detected that MySQL didn't start, so, probably is not the best solution but I decided to deleted the application and re installing. But now, when I want to run the application it appears the message "cannot calculate MAC address: dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: _clock_gettime"
Also, I can see that there is a folder that I cannot completely delete even from trash. I also tried from terminal and it doesn't work.

Please, there is a recomendation should I do?

Try to load the individual Installer.dmg to install instead, should it help? MacOs 12.3
