composer installing issue via XAMPP

I have XAMPP is installed on my macOs, but when I tried to install composer , I have gotten the message:
-bash: /Applications/MAMP/bin/php/php7.4.16/bin/php: No such file or directory


I don't know why it gives me /MAMP in the path, although I have XAMPP?

Also, there is another things, I have two xampp folders extra, but they're subfolders of original one, as follow:

1- /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/etc/xampp

2- /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/share/xampp

are those folders are normally to be found in those locations, or

might the problem from here? do i need remove them ? or make fresh copy of XAMPP. I don't know
