Monterey 12.0.1

I switched to Apple a year ago and did not feel comfortable installing Xampp on it. Now, I'm getting ready to re-do a website and would like to install it but am reading there are major issues with it. I am not super techy and still have a Windows computer I can use, albeit a bit more inconvenient. Can anyone tell me if XAMPP is updated to use on the Monterey 12.0.1 system on a MacBook? Thanks for any insight you can provide.
