Local XAMPP WordPress website not responding

Hi,

I've used WP Migrate DB Pro to export the database to my local URL, and then imported the db export into phpMyAdmin.

I've downloaded /plugins, /uploads, /themes using FTP.

When I launch my XAMPP website, I see the correct title in the browser tab, but just a white page.

I can login to its /wp-admin okay.

The debug.log shows:

I am on macOS 12.0.1, XAMPP 7.4.26.

I fixed this by adding

define('WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL', false);

to wp-config.php, and removing analytics scripts from the Theme Customizer.
