can't unzip xampp zip folder

i try to unzip it inside the app folder but it just duplicates itself

xampp-osx-8.0.2-0-vm 2 2.bz2
xampp-osx-8.0.2-0-vm 2 3.bz2

any idea please?

There is no XAMPP for macOS provided as zip file. The macOS versions are all .dmg files.

Hello, so that it works, we simply change the final extension that it has to .dmg and then double-click and the normal installation will start.
