How to add Argon2i in pure-PHP

I am trying to install joomla 4 and during the installation comes the message

Error
This is not implemented, as it is not possible to implement Argon2i with acceptable performance in pure-PHP

I search but did not find any clue to this issue.
How to add Argon2 in PHP?
