Xampp on mac osx

so like a previous post I've made, I got some help that led to some dead ends, I decided to ask some more questions based on what I gathered:
1. I suppose I downloaded xampp-vm, since in the upper bar says stackman_launcher when I start xampp, and I'd like to know where do I download the normal xampp (that is not the VM)?
2. when I go to 192.168.64.2/dashboard and click on phpmyadmin it leads to this: https://imgur.com/a/XkwlNBL. and somebody mentioned that I could do the whole .conf file update, which I don't know how, and I'd like to know in case there is no xampp instalation other then the vm.
3. and probably answering the second question: when I go through localhost:8080/phpmyadmin it leads to this: https://imgur.com/a/WrwCSrn , is this what I should be looking at when I go to myphpadmin?
4. how do I configure everything to work fine? port forwarding, open php files to work properly when open in browsers, localhost:8080 default page instead of the 192.168... thing?
