ERRORSQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 C

Hello Hello.
I have a problem with the databases in xampp, it turns out that my web page that I'm designing every attempt to register a user through my website (already designed to work) I throw this error at the top.
ERRORSQLSTATE [23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'name' can not be null
as I understand this error is because "name" can not be empty, but when I go to the mysql database and edit the parameters to be null, I see something else, the error is removed but on the base of data the parameters of name, email and password are with a NULL NULL NULL, I really do not know what this error is, if someone could help me, I give you all the info you need, thanks.
