Problem following 'Security Check'

Postby rosso » 26. February 2019 22:40

localhost page appeared as normal, starting stopping all good.

Then,
I ran the Security Check as suggested:

sudo /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/xampp security

adding passwords for each prompted step. Disabled external FTP access.

but afterward MySQL will not start successfully. It begins then stops.

Web Server and ProFTPD running ok.

I have restarted web server and Manager App.

Any help appreciated. thanks
