Problem with mysql

hello, unfortunately after deleting the database import my xmapp does not reconnect to mysql and phpmyadmin presents me with these errors. If I uninstall and install the application I always find the previous settings and the problem persists.

Can you be more specific? What application are you uninstalling and installing? XAMPP?
