Recover theme files

Hello, I have updated a theme without backing up and I have lost the files of a theme (including folders)

Can those files deleted when updated be recovered?

They should be somewhere (but I can not find them in the bin)

I have no idea what you are talking about?? Xampp does not have "themes".
