Access XAMP-VM - insall adds-on

Hi all, how do i access the XAMPP files via command line?

I have tried to install the add-ons from Bitnami for prestashop.

In the documentation it says: (ust replace the name of the file.)
cd /opt/lampp/temp
chmod +x ./INSTALLER_FILENAME.sh
./INSTALLER_FILENAME.sh j

However, I cannot access the cd /opt/lampp/temp

is there any alternative route to install the adds-ons please?

Any help would be appreciated.
