Can't change permissons

Hi all,

I am running the XAMPP 7.1-10.1 on my MacOS high Sierra and trying to install a prestashop locally.

Everything went verty smooth to the point when I had to remove the install folder after the instalation was completed. It doesn't let me do that since I don't have the permissions. I have tried to change the permission as you normally do via the get info (), unlock the padlock, put my password and then change the permission however it won't let me do that , it say's 'The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have the necessary permission.'

However, I am able to change permissions on my other projects but not on the presta shop one.

Any help would be appreciated.
