So I recently downloaded and installed XAMPP 7.0.9-1, and ever since I can't start any services. They just start running and then they appear as stopped. Here soms screenshots.

Also I noticed when I just installed XAMPP again, right after the install it tried to go to my PC's name instead of localhost what it used to do.
