INTL extension in Mac OS X

I'm trying to use Cakephp under Xampp and it seems that Intl extension doesn't works.
I have already uncommented int.dll in Php.ini
I have a Mac OS X 10.11.2.
Can someone help me? Thanks you.

in OS X you must add the following line to your php.ini: extension=""
Do not write intl.dll since it is a windows only file type.
But first, check if xampp ships with On my mac I had to build it on my own. Type into the search field of the finder, if no file is listed there is no extension php can load and it must be builded first.
