How to create the .DMG installer package for XAMPP 1.8

Hi

I have got the source code of XAMPP .
What I am looking for is to create the .DMG installer package along with my files in htdocs folder. This is something similar to what moodle do.

I want to pack it with my project (in htdocs folder ) and ship it as .dmg package.
