osx maverick e xampp 1.8.3 - don't work

Hello everyone and thank you for the time we devoted to us newbies.

I updated yesterday to maverick my mac.
when I go to localhost / xampp I get this error

if I try to open some of the sites in local localhost / sitename open only those made with joomla 1.5, those made with joomla 2.5 onwards do not open and give me this error

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in / Applications / XAMPP / xamppfiles / htdocs / accademiaforense / libraries / joomla / factory.php on line 444

I can not do a fresh install of a new site locally getting this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in / Applications / XAMPP / xamppfiles / htdocs / sismosweb / libraries / joomla / filter / input.php on line 655

I updated to version 1.8.3-1 xampp but I have not solved anything .....

help me please!
