Apache does not start because websharing is running

Hi All,

Just installed XAMPP 1.7.3 on a mac mini running OSX 10.8.2 SERVER.
I can not start apache because web sharing is starting on reboot of the machine, i can stop the web sharing using a terminal command until the next reboot

Doe any body have a solution?
