XAMPP Apache Webserver localhost not working on MAC OS

I had install XAMPP server on MAC OS 10.6 it was working good as per our expectation, but within a few week xamp server is not workitn, to short out this problem I had reinstall all the software but still its not working.I found similar problem with some users but they still waiting responses from the experts, Instead of wasting time I decided to post a topic this forum to get solution fast as possible.

Some user also says If you are running both server at the same time then this type of error is occurred. So for this they advice us to change port, I also do that but its not work. So can anyone suggest that "why XAMPP Apache Webserver localhost not working on MAC OS"?
