Access Forbidden

Hey there.

I've tried to set up a server using this computer on Windows 7. I can access the pages and phpMyAdmin fine. However, as soon as I login and logout everytime I try and visit http://localhost again, I get an Access Forbidden error and dont know how to fix it.

Any help would be great thanks,

i got the same problem when opening this url----- http://localhost/SID/sid.php
Error 403.
im using mac os x 10.6.3
i cant start mysql. please help asap
