Create Customized Install?

I am developing some php mysql based code that I would love to bundle with XAMPP. I can't figure out how I can include my files, database and modified php.ini file. I have tried many different ways and I must be missing something. I thought I could install XAMPP, customize and then redistribute that folder. It doesn't work though. Help me, anyone! I don't want to have a bunch of instructions for people to install XAMPP and then all my files.
