How Do I Change Text on PHP Pages

Hi,
I am using Open Cart with Xampp and I need to change text fields in the shipping process which are displayed as Text Box Titles.
The text I need to change is "Add Comments About Your Order" which is the title for a Text Box Field but I can not find this in any of my php files.
Can you help and do you have an idea where I should be looking.
