Php fopen .... permissions proble

Hello,

I've installed Xampp 0.7.4 on my MacBook (OS X 10.5.6). Everything is great instead that I got this message while opening my php pages with containing fopen in the code:
"failed to open stream: Permission denied in blablabla"

Please, note that the same code "under" the apache server installed by default on mac or on my website hosted by mavenhosting.com works perfectly.

Does one of you have an idea where could I have a look ?

At the file permissions for the file in question?

Yes, read/write for "everyone"
ps: the same code works like a charm under the apple apache server (with php)
