How Can I reset My XAMP Password for Mac

HI!!

I am using the Mac OS. And am having trouble using XAMP, when ever i try to run Local host it asks me for the UN and PW, the problem is the old developer has left the company and i am new here. How can i make XAMP work,


Do i need to re install XAMP or their is some other way, Please let me know.

Go into the terminal. Sign in and then type:

/Applications/xampp/xamppfiles/mampp security

at the prompts change what you will

If you don't have the previous developer's password - go to the terminal and uninstall. Then reinstall. I hope you have the root's password.
