Error starting "XAMPP" stack

I've seen this question come up before, but it doesn't work. I've already searched on youtube but I can't find any advice.
Hopefully there is someone here who can help me.

I use a Macbook Pro M1 2021. When downloading XAMPP and trying to set it up, I get an error. I have these below.
As mentioned above YouTube doesn't help and neither does Google.

I already saw a topic passing by with bitnami and hyperkit via terminal.
That just doesn't work either.

Is there anyone who can help me further?

Error codes I get:
1) cannot calculate MAC address: Using fd 13 for I/O notifications hv_vm_create unknown error 0x00000004
2) Error starting "XAMPP" stack

I'm getting the same error... Log says:

INFO: Starting "XAMPP" stack
ERROR: Error starting "XAMPP" stack: cannot calculate MAC address: hv_vm_create unknown error -85377017
