Could not open password file: /lib/xampp.users

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to access the localhost dashboard. When I load the page and input my credentials I keep getting SERVER ERROR 500.

I reviewed the error log to see what the issue is and It just repeats the following error. I tried accessing different links to see what happens and its the same for each. I ran the security command in terminal to update my passwords for each part and still its not working. Could it be a permissions issue? Any help is appreciated.
