No way to simulate phpMyAdmin

i downloaded Xampp but I don't know how to set a database with phpMyAdmin to launch Xampp

Sorry, I dont understand that question. Xampp does not need any database to be "launched". What do you mean by "set a database"??

in the "manual" i have read, they say that a simulation of phpmyadmin has to open after Xampp is installed and I have to create a database. Then in the wp-config-sample.php i have to set the details of this database :
/** The name of the database for WordPress /
define(‘DB_NAME’, ‘le nom de votre base de données local‘);
/* MySQL database username /
define(‘DB_USER’, ‘root‘);
/* MySQL database password /
define(‘DB_PASSWORD’, »);

I just want to create websites in local...

Which manual?? And what "simulation"? Thats extremely weird.

According to your posting, you are trying to install WordPress - but this is not a WordPress forum?! Your description is still extremely poor and i have no idea what you are speaking about.
