Can not map id address to MAC address

HI I am getting the following error message cannot map MAC address "32:3e:c6:eb:99:b6" to IP: Could not find an IP address for 32:3e:c6:eb:99:b6


I have tried re install xampp and installing a different version of it but the problem persists

I have the following system :
Operating system Sierra 10.12.6
Model Name: MacBook Pro
Model Identifier: MacBookPro12,1
Processor Name: Intel Core i5
Processor Speed: 2.7 GHz
Number of Processors: 1
Total Number of Cores: 2
L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB
L3 Cache: 3 MB
Memory: 8 GB

I am not sure what the problem is, but it seems as if there is no address which there is for xampp to use, I only want to use the software locally for web development.

It initialise the stack and the error comes up after a long delay after I click start
